Quitting & smoke-free days

Count smoke-free days: motivation you can see

Updated 10/10/2026

If you only count what you smoked, you mostly see setbacks. Counting smoke-free days flips the view: every day without is a win.

Count wins, not mistakes

A collected smoke-free day stays in your stats even after a slip. That's more motivating than starting from zero again.

The smoke-free counter

In the app the counter starts after your last session ends – including extensions. You see in hours and days how long you've kept going.

Together with friends

The default leaderboard in Smoke with me shows smoke-free days. Cutting down together with friends gives you an extra reason to stick with it. You can opt out of leaderboards in settings.

Evening reminder

If you haven't logged anything for two days, you optionally get a “Didn't smoke today?” reminder email – so no smoke-free day gets lost. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in the email.
